Instructional design

My experiences teaching game and theater-inspired fiction remind me that storytelling and a bit of playful fun brings us together. Whether it’s how to calculate carbon emissions, be a more empathetic leader, or lead systems change, I build experiences that people remember.
Coaching
I create space for reflection, clarity, and growth—guiding individuals and teams toward their most impactful work. Change requires asking the right questions. I work with individuals and organizations to refine their goals, challenge their assumptions over what's possible, and navigate complex challenges with clarity. My coaching helps leaders, educators, and changemakers align their work with impact, ensuring that every step forward is intentional.
Facilitation
